NextEnergy Foundation is proud to share early progress from its 2025 partnership with Jana Vikasa, supporting the installation of solar-powered water purification systems in two fluoride-affected villages in Telangana.

The project aims to provide safe, affordable drinking water to over 2,500 people through community-led infrastructure and training. Between May and August, awareness sessions reached 430 villagers, and two gender-balanced committees were formed and trained. Infrastructure work is underway, with purification systems ordered and solar installation planned for September.
