The SACES project in Nandi County, supported by NextEnergy Foundation and implemented by AVSI, has made strong initial progress in promoting clean energy solutions.

Procurement for four biogas demonstration units is underway. Ten technicians have been recruited for training, and the first Farmer Field School has been established. So far, 300 community members have been sensitized on renewable energy and circular economy principles, with further outreach planned to reach all 750 target households.
