Fuel Poverty Response: November 2023 Update

In March 2023 NextEnergy Foundation (“NEF”) renewed its commitment to tackling fuel poverty across the UK with Depher CIC. Please refer to the project page for more details about the impact of our first donation to Depher in 2022.

Between March and November we reached 219 vulnerable individuals and families. During the summer months, most of the donation was allocated to food shops instead of paying for gas and electricity bills. With the colder weather, Depher has been distributing e-vouchers which are mostly being used to cover bills. In the last 10 days of November alone, 32 e-vouchers were distributed.
